With over 10 years of professional experience across community care, private practice, and residential and outpatient treatment settings, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside people through some of the hardest chapters of their lives. I know that reaching out takes courage, and I am deeply committed to making that first step feel as safe and gentle as possible.

My work centres on helping you reconnect with yourself. So much of our suffering lives beneath the surface — emotional wounds the body continues to carry long after the mind has moved on, patterns rooted in trauma we may not even be aware of, anxiety that signals something deeper asking to be heard. I believe that within each of us lives an innate capacity to heal and my role is to help you access that capacity, turning inward with curiosity and compassion so that healing can unfold from the inside out.

I primarily work with adults navigating self-esteem and self-worth, anxiety, and trauma — including neurodivergent individuals who have been impacted by these experiences and are ready to begin healing consciously. My practice also supports clients working through depression, emotional regulation, attachment wounds, life transitions, and the complex experience of immigration and cultural adjustment.

My approach is compassionate, trauma-informed, and integrative, with a deep focus on the mind–body connection. I draw from a range of evidence-based therapies and holistic practices — woven together in a way that honours your unique story, nervous system, and goals — because true healing happens when we listen to both the mind and the body.

It is a profound honour to accompany you on this path. I am deeply committed to offering a warm, safe space where you can explore, heal, grow, and begin living a more fulfilling and meaningful life.

I am here whenever you feel ready ✨

Areas of Focus

I Can Help You Navigate

Every person’s experience is unique. Here are some of the areas where I offer focused, meaningful support — if you don’t see your experience listed, reach out. You don’t need the “right” reason to begin.

🌀 Anxiety & Worry

Racing thoughts, constant “what ifs,” physical tension. Therapy helps you understand what’s driving the anxiety and build real, lasting tools to manage it.

🌱 Trauma & PTSD

Whether acute or accumulated over time, trauma-informed therapy creates a safe pace for healing that doesn’t overwhelm your nervous system.

🌧️ Depression & Low Mood

Feeling flat, unmotivated, or disconnected from life isn’t a character flaw. Together we can explore what’s underneath and begin rebuilding meaning and energy.

🔗 Attachment & Relationships

Repeating the same relationship dynamics — fear of abandonment, difficulty trusting, losing yourself in others. Attachment-focused work helps you understand and shift those patterns.

🦋 Self-Esteem & Self-Worth

Many people carry deep beliefs that they are not enough. In therapy, we gently explore where those beliefs came from and build a more compassionate relationship with yourself.

⚡ ADHD & Neurodivergence

Living with ADHD in a world not designed for your brain can be exhausting. Therapy offers practical strategies alongside emotional support and self-understanding.

💛 Grief & Loss

Grief doesn’t follow a timeline. Whether mourning a person, relationship, or version of yourself — there is space here for all of it.

🧭 Life Transitions & Identity

Starting over, moving countries, ending a relationship, changing careers. Therapy helps you navigate uncertainty and reconnect with who you are.

🌍 Immigration & Cultural Adjustment

The experience of leaving home, adapting to a new culture, and holding multiple identities is complex and often lonely. I offer a culturally sensitive, non-judgmental space.

Therapeutic Approach

Integrative Care, Tailored to You

Every person who comes to therapy brings a unique story, nervous system, and set of needs. Because of this, I take an integrative approach — drawing from multiple evidence-based modalities and weaving them together based on what will serve you best. Our work together will always be client-centred, meaning you set the pace and we follow your lead.

What makes this approach different?

Rather than applying a single framework to every client, I listen carefully to what each person needs and draw from whichever combination of approaches will be most effective for their unique situation.

This means our sessions might include talk therapy, body-based practices, mindfulness exercises, or deeper emotional processing — whatever serves your healing most in that moment.

FAQ

Common Questions
Everything you need to know before taking the first step.

It’s completely normal to feel nervous. The first session is about getting to know each other — there’s no pressure to share everything at once. We’ll talk about what’s brought you to therapy, what you’re hoping to get out of it, and what feels important to you right now. Think of it as a conversation, not an interview. You set the pace.

The length of therapy can vary from person to person, as each individual’s journey is unique. How long it lasts depends on what you’re working through, what you hope to get out of it, and how things progress over time. Some people find a few sessions helpful, while others choose to continue for longer to explore things more deeply. There’s no right or wrong pace—we’ll move in a way that feels comfortable for you. Along the way, we’ll check in together to make sure therapy is meeting your needs and supporting your goals.

The frequency of our sessions is tailored to meet your unique needs, and this is something we will discuss during our initial consultation. To build consistency and promote therapeutic progress, we typically suggest starting with weekly or bi-weekly sessions. As we progress together, we can adjust the frequency of your sessions depending on your needs.

50-minute individual psychotherapy session: $165

80-minute individual psychotherapy session: $250

80-minute couples therapy session: $250

Absolutely. Everything you share is strictly confidential. The only exceptions — which we are legally required to follow — involve situations where there is a serious risk of harm to yourself or others, a court order, or obligations related to public safety. Even in these rare situations, we will always aim to speak with you first whenever possible.

Once you book your free consultation or first session, you’ll receive a confirmation email along with an invitation to complete a short Intake and Consent Form — this helps us understand what brings you to therapy so we can make the most of our time together.

About 30 minutes before your appointment, you’ll receive an email with a secure link to join your session through Jane, our online platform. On the day of your session, simply click the link a few minutes early — this gives you a moment to check your audio and video, find a comfortable spot, and settle in before we begin.

No downloads or special technical experience needed. All you need is a quiet space and a device with a camera and microphone.

No, we do not offer formal diagnostic assessments. If you’re seeking a diagnosis, we can discuss options and point you in the right direction.

Most extended health benefit plans in Canada cover counselling services provided by a Licensed Counselling Therapist or Registered Psychotherapist—please check with your provider for eligibility. We do not bill insurance directly. However, we provide a detailed receipt immediately after each session and once payment is received, which will assist you in processing your insurance claims.

Counselling services may be claimed as a medical expense on your income tax if you do not have coverage with an insurance provider.
